When requesting a session, take a moment to reflect deeply on what is motivating you to seek this experience. Ask and answer from the heart, rather than the mind. There are no right or wrong questions and answers, only what is authentic to you in this moment. The more open and sincere your intent, the deeper and more meaningful the connection will be.

You are the golden key to your own healing, growth, and evolution. The vast Divine Intelligence and Love of the Ascended Masters and Divine Presences provides clarity, guidance, and truth. The insights, energetic frequencies, and guidance received in the session are precisely what you need at this very present moment and chapter in your life. The Session:

While each session unfolds organically, and even though it is not the rule, the general format often follows this rhythm:

1. Opening Conversation (First 15 Minutes)

• A vibrational frequency takes place, aligning the session with your highest needs.
• Some prefer to ask pre-prepared questions at this stage, while others allow the Masters to lead the way.

2. Divine Facilitation

• The Ascended Masters orchestrate the session’s unfolding. Their Divine Presence actively participates in revealing what is needed.
• The Masters fully facilitate the space. Everything that is revealed is because of their Divine Energetic participation and conversation.
• Guidance is channelled through multiple layers: voice, visions, feelings, Christ-consciousness wisdom, dimensional and timeline experiences, insights, and more.

3. Interactive Dialogue

• You may ask questions at any time, as the session is a fluid and organic exchange.

4. Completion & Integration

• Sessions naturally conclude after approximately one hour, often culminating in a moment of clarity and inner knowing.

5. Session Recording

• An audio recording of your session is e-mailed to you, allowing you to revisit the guidance at your leisure. As people generally tend to be selective listeners, revisiting the guidance in the recording provides timeless clarity and guidance.

There are no wrong or right questions, nor does the way you phrase them matter. The Ascended Masters already know your Divine Blueprint.
